Updated to add support for RDF/XML output and made indentation optional.
I spent a bit of time farting around with PAR.pm and was able to create a stand-alone (translation: no screwing around installing Perl modules) application for OS X. The only problem is that something in the Perl, vCard, SAX, OS X chain causes the program to segfault when passed a large number of vCards.
There's also a plan to create a Windows version just as soon as I find the time to get all the necessary widgets set up and configured.
Perl library for generating RDF/XML SAX2 events for one or more vCard files. Version 1.0 was actually released last night but the library had to be updated to reflect recent changes to Text::vCard.pm before I could annouce it.
