Petr Cimprich : XML::Directory.pm 0.96

I mention this because I chipped in and added code to include an 'orderby' element in the <head> element which will fix a bug in XML::Filter::XML_Directory_2RSS (I am hoping to upload version 0.9.1 to the CPAN by the end of the day)
