Kudos to A List Apart

for raising a little hell this week, even if it is mostly just ill-conceived, childish drivel : "The lone coder, hunched over his keyboard at 3 A.M., echoes the monks of the Middle Ages who painstakingly translated and copied the Bible by hand. The zeal of the early online pioneers recalls the disciples spreading the word. And the corporate jackals are the Pharisees and false prophets, intruding and crowing that the Web is theirs, stomping over anyone who dares to oppose their "authority" - the very authority we were trying to escape from."
