NY Times : How Small-Town Standards Can Block a Big City Class

"Michael Cherry, technical systems administrator for the Hory County schools, is the main arbiter of what is allowed or not allowed on the Internet in the county's schools. Mr. Cherry described his community as 'deep in the Bible Belt,' and said he tried to use that standard as his guide. ...
